I ordered both B+ and GT spore syringes from Zamnesia, but unfortunately, both led to contamination issues despite following sterile procedure and improving my setup. After putting in the time and effort, it was frustrating to see the jars get contaminated. However, I have to highlight the incredible customer support. They were quick to respond, very understanding, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only did they initially send a replacement when the first syringe acted out, but they also provided me with vouchers for both syringes after they resulted in contaminated jars again. The team’s level of dedication made a big difference in how this played out. While I’m disappointed that the syringes didn’t work for me, the exceptional support I received gives me confidence in using the store in the future. It’s the customer care that’s really kept me optimistic.

I complainted about bad culture and received a replacement. The replacement is working but not as good as 2023 orders. Good news i am much better at agar and lc now.
